There are one-component paint and two-component paint for road marking. One-component paint is usually ready-to-use, and it can be film-dried by evaporation of solvents or by direct reaction with certain substances in the air, such as moisture.
On the contrary, the two-component paint is generally used by mixing A and B in a certain proportion. It is cured by a reaction between the two materials, then a certain thickness of film is formed in the base plane.
The two type road marking paint are easily confused. For the one-component paint, put the high solid content paint (the resin is also pre-polymerized) into two barrels, then add initiator (or curing agent), and use two-component equipment for construction.The spray thickness can be reach 600-800μm, drop the reflective glass beads on the paint surface is also available.
